This website, connernielsenrealestate.com, is operated by Conner Nielsen, a licensed Texas REALTOR® (TX License NTREIS-0704632) serving buyers and sellers across Dallas, Tarrant, Ellis, Parker, Johnson, Collin, Wise, and Denton Counties. Conner is sponsored by Close Real Estate, broker John Hill, in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what information the site collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. Throughout, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Conner Nielsen.

Information you give us

When you book a free initial consultation, request information, or reach out through a form on this site, we collect the details you provide. These usually include your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you share about buying or selling a home. You decide how much to share, but some details are needed before we can respond or schedule a call.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours automatically records limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This data helps us keep the site secure, understand which content is useful, and improve how the site performs.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your questions, schedule and prepare for consultations, provide real estate services you request, and, with your consent, send updates about listings, the market, or how we can help. We also use it to operate, maintain, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use the pages. We may use analytics services that set their own cookies to report aggregate, non-identifying usage trends. Text message and calling consent

Consent is not a condition of buying or selling a home with us, and it is not a condition of any purchase. You can book a consultation or reach Conner by phone or email without agreeing to marketing messages.

We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We keep a record of when and how you gave consent, along with the wording you agreed to. We use your number to reply to your inquiry, arrange and confirm consultations, and, if you agreed to it, send occasional updates about listings and the DFW market. We do not sell your number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply “STOP” to any text to cancel, or reply “HELP” for help. You can also call or email Conner and ask to be removed. Opting out of texts does not affect an active transaction: we will still reach you about a deal in progress by the other means you have given us. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

When you book through our scheduler, the booking itself is handled by Google Calendar, and any information you enter on Google’s scheduling page is also covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

How we share information

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We share your information only as needed to provide the services you ask for. That can include our brokerage, Close Real Estate, and trusted service providers, such as scheduling, email, and analytics vendors, who act on our behalf. Those providers may use your information only to perform that work for us, never for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our records, and meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations that apply to real estate transactions. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting Conner directly. We honor these requests except where we are required to retain certain records for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The most current version will always be posted here with a revised “last updated” date, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
